Upon your arrival a driver will be waiting for you holding a sign with LACLSD 2018. The venue is about 124 km far from the airport.

It takes about 90 minutes to get to the Hotel Conference Town.

CURRENCY OF CHILE

The legal currency of Chile is the Chilean peso. Currently there are coins of 1, 5, 10, 50, 100 and 500 pesos and banknotes of 500, 1,000, 2,000, 5,000, 10,000 and 20,000.

We are creating a WhatsApp group including organizing committee, to be able to provide real time information about any change concerning timetable or activities. This WhatsApp group will be removed after the LACLSD.

It would be recommended that the number of your e-ticket should be recorded in your cell phone.

If the airline changes the flight time or itinerary, passengers will be communicated.

If you decide to change dates or itinerary, please inform us the new itinerary and note that the in this case the fees, if applicable, will be at your expense.

One day before your departure you will receive a confirmation of the exact time of your transfer from the airport. You will leave the hotel approximately five hours before your flight departure.
